WEBSITE HELP!

Ok so when it comes to websites and web design I AM clueless. so i need HELP.
As im sure most of you know, our x-lox website has been down for quite sometime and we're in need of some help to redesign and relaunch. My business partner :iconcherubicka: has some basic layout designs and ideas but we're not overly sure what we're doing.

If anyone is any good at doing this sort of thing EMAIL ME:
